Michael C. Diesenhouse, M.D., is a Board-Certified ophthalmologist who specializes in cataract surgery using the latest techniques including Laser-Assisted surgery. With more than 25 years of experience and over 20,000 surgeries performed, Dr. Diesenhouse is one of Southern Arizona’s preferred cataract surgeons. He performs his surgeries at two conveniently located state-of-the-art eye surgery centers in Tucson. Dr. Diesenhouse is a graduate of Emory University School of Medicine in Atlanta, GA. His residency in ophthalmology was also at Emory University. Dr. Diesenhouse is a member of the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgeons and is a fellow of the American Academy of Ophthalmology.
A native New Yorker, Dr. Diesenhouse has made Arizona his home since 1994.
